The Drops
- What is tyen.pr?
- A private clothing line released in limited drops. Each drop is a small run — when it's gone, it's gone. We don't restock.
- How do I get access?
- Every drop is early-access only. Join a drop's waitlist with your email while it's upcoming. When it launches, unlock the order form with that same email — no list, no entry.
- It's sold out / I missed it. Now what?
- Tap Notify me on a sold-out size to be emailed if it comes back, and join the next drop's waitlist. Follow @tyen.pr for release announcements.
Ordering & Payment
- How do I pay?
- We currently accept GCash, Maya, and bank transfer. At checkout, send the exact total to the account shown, then upload your payment screenshot to complete the order.
- Is my order confirmed right away?
- Not yet. Your items are reserved and the order is marked pending while we verify your payment. You'll get an email the moment it's confirmed.
- How long do I have to pay?
- Please pay and upload your proof within 24 hours. Unpaid orders are automatically released after that so the stock returns for other members.
- Do you take discount codes?
- Yes — if you have a code, enter it at checkout and the total updates before you pay.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Reach out as soon as possible at renzvalenz@gmail.com and we'll help before it ships.
Shipping
- Where do you ship?
- Philippines only, nationwide.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders ship after payment is confirmed. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Do I get tracking?
- Yes — once your order ships we email you the courier and tracking number so you can follow it.
Returns & Support
- What's your return policy?
- Because drops are limited runs, all sales are final. If your item arrives wrong or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
